  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  The emails you have are sent by your WordPress installation, not from WordPress.com or WordPress.org. They likely have the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). These notification emails are part of the WordPress software and are designed to alert you of any issues you have with your install.

  Since your entire site appears to be down, you should reach out to your hosting provider as soon as possible to get your site back online. Since they’re hosting your site, they also have access to your site files and should be able to get your site back online.
