Nucleare continuous front page

  Hi, can anyone tell me if its possible to change the front page of my blog to have only a few posts show up at a time instead of all the posts showing up with a teeny tiny scroll bar off to the side. I don’t want a static front page, I just want to be able to scroll through a few posts, then click “next” or “older posts” to go to the next page! Please let me know if this is possible.
