Nucleare Theme- Help making the main nav bar fixed/header image above nav bar

  The blog I’m needing help with is: https://jesstesttonic.wordpress.com/

  I would like to make the main nav bar that runs across the top to be fixed, so when you scroll down it remains at the top, and I would also like to have my header image moved above the nav bar, so when you scroll down, you see the fixed header and nav bar. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am using the Nucleare Theme.
