Nuisance Edit & Shortlink Tabs

  Help! Every time now, when I go to edit a draft, the “Edit” and “Get Shortlink” tabs are blocking several of the buttons, including the one I need in order to add a picture to my post. How can I get rid of them or move them? They won’t budge.
