    While trying to use WordPress.com to manage settings on my website, the site seems to become unresponsive. No clicks will actually activate.

    Refreshing the page sometimes works, but then I also often just get an error that says…

    null is not an object (evaluating ‘n._currentElement’)

    Ideas?

    Hi –

    Please confirm which site this is happening on. Are you working from an app or through the web browser? Can you share which type and version?

    Also, does this issue continue when you try from a different internet connection all together?

    I have a paid personal account for JetPack. I got an email notifying me that it was going to auto renew. I logged into WordPress.com and see that my plan is still on a paid account.
    But when I go to the ‘Manage Purchases’ section under my profile, it shows no purchase history. Huh?

    The Jetpack personal plan on http://www.metoliusriverresort.com has renewed through July 9th, 2018.

    When I sign in under your account I can see the Jetpack Personal Plan listed at wordpress.com/me/purchases/
