Number of followers

  Hi…I’m a little confused as to how many Followers I actually have? My Stats page says 14, but the number of followers showing on my side bar is 24. What is the difference? (http://kingintraining.wordpress.com/)

  Also, why am I myself shown as a Follower of my own blog? *confused*
