Number of followers not getting updated

    Hi,
    I am writing to inform you that my follower count is not getting updated in the statistics page properly…

    For example if I have say:

    A and B and 100 other followers and I get another new follower called “C” the notification shows:
    C and A and 100 other followers. Same in the statistics page…clearly my count should have been 113 but the stats page and the notification keeps showing 112 for a long time….

    The count is not updated for at least another 5 to 6 followers…So even after I get D, E, F, G, H followers, the count remains 112…

    So my stats page shows at least 6 to 8 followers less that what it actually is…This is really frustrating and it would be great if wordpress engineers could have a look…
