Number of followers to be considered a "successful" blog?

  Hi! I was reading about wordads and it says you can be eligible for wordads when you have “moderate to high site traffic”. What does this actually MEAN in numbers? Is it followers? How many followers do you need to be considered a “successful” blog? Is it views? How many daily average views is considered moderate to high traffic? Thank you!!
