Number of items stopped showing in cart and no more icons???

I had installed a plugin called Autoptimize to combine js and css files but it did not cooperate with our site. It bascially removed all the css from my site and was just all text. So i uninstalled Autoptimize and now the cart, in the upper right corner, does not display the amount of items in the cart. You can see the items in the cart but it does not display how many items are in, on the upper right corner.
What can i do to bring it back?
Also, all my icons are now random chinese characters and boxes after installing plugin.

This is WordPress.COM support and that site is not on our servers.
