Number of users

Can anyone post anonymously on my site ? If not, how many new users can be setup that can post using their email address as login ? If I need to subscribe to a paid plan, which one do you suggest if I want to give access to 100 users. I do not want anonymous users to post blogs or comments. Please help. Thank you.

Hello!
The only people who can post to your site are people invited to be Authors or Editors to your site. Contributors can write posts, but can’t publish them. There is more information about user roles here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
If your site is public, and you have comments enabled, you can either allow anyone to comment, or only allow registered WordPress.com users to comment: https://en.support.wordpress.com/who-can-comment/
If you set your site to Private, you can then control who can read and comment, by inviting Viewers to your site. There is no limit to the number of Viewers you can invite to a site.
