Number of Viewers Allowed for Private Blog
-
The blog is currently setup as private.
I’m trying to figure out how many “viewer” users are permitted and what my options are for increasing this (i.e. can I buy access for more).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The old limit was 35 – the limit was removed a few days ago so there are now unlimited users – the only limit is that you can only invite 10 people at a single time with the invite form.

For those of you with a private blog, we lifted the previous limit of 35 users allowed to access it. From now on, you can add as many authorized users as you wish, from the Settings → Privacy section of the dashboard. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/01/06/even-more-space-in-2012/

Hello there,
I posted the link into the thread in case someone decides to search before posting. ;) -
I set up a new blog and started inviting users but was surprised by this:”Invite up to 10 email addresses and/or WordPress.com usernames, separated by commas.”
That’s way less than the previous of 35 users, which is now supposed to be unlimited? I’m missing something, I’m sure.

~~TT – thanks for the link – I was just too lazy to fetch it this time
@warhovert – it is 10 people per invitation – if you do 5 invites that can be up to 50 people – I suspect the 10 at a time has something to do with spam control.
