  Preciso direcionar um dominio que possuo para o blog. Para isso preciso do numero de ip do meu blog na wordpress.

  To point a domain registered elsewhere to WordPress.com, you will need to update your name servers, not the IP address, to point to WordPress.com. You will do that at your domain registrar. You will also need to purchase the domain mapping upgrade here so that your domain will work properly.
