Nuntius Menu On Top Of The Header

  How do I create a Menu that will appear on top of the header? Like this: http://karen-on.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Nuntius has three menu locations. The primary below the header, the secondary at right top of the header and the footer menu. To utilize those positions, you have to create custom menus for each with whatever menu items you want in the three locations.
