Can you explain what you are trying to do or want to do or what you can’t seem to do?

With a main catagory of, say, “Entertainment”, I figured the rest of the sub-categories would dropdown along. Maybe I’m missing something in the Menus Settings? Or something else?

I had a custom menu (selected now) that I created before changing to Nuntius. I created another one to run a test to see if it would drop-down my sub-menus. No luck. I’m wondering if there is some kind of setting that I’m missing.

You have to manually put the subcategories under the main category and then you have to slide them to the right slightly so they are indented below the main category. Then they will become submenu items off the main parent.
