  Hello,
  We recently transferred the domain obeylashayesthetics.com to WordPress, we were wondering how long will it take for the transfer to take place from this end so we can start editing? And will the transfer affect its previous design? As it was previously designed on WordPress. Any insights on the next steps.

  Hi Annette, you can start editing the site before the transfer is finished, no problem there.

  I did want to point out, though, I noticed you transferred a domain but did not buy a hosting plan. You’ll need that to use the domain with the site.

  But in the meantime, you can edit the free site as you like.

  Hi,

  We already have a hosting plan in Chemicloud.com we would like to point the name server to chemicloud because we have a hosting plan there so we can edit obeylashayaesthetics.com instead of editing obeylashayaesthetic.wordpress.com

  The question is how do we point the nameservers to chemicloud?

  Hi Annette,

  It looks like you transferred that domain to us under a different account, so first you’ll need to be logged in as the account that owns the domain.

  Once you’re logged into the correct account, you can follow the steps here to change the name servers:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/change-name-servers/
