Obscene Site not labelled or filtered properly.

My search parameters are for ‘strict’ filtering of obscenity. This site, which it says is ‘proudly powered by WordPress’ is saturated with pornography, misogynist, obscene ‘ads,’ and yet it still showed up in my search results re. legitimate issues. WHY ISN’T IT BLOCKED FROM ANYONE WHO ISN’T SPECIFICALLY SEARCHING FOR PORNOGRAPHIC HATE SPEECH? (redacted).

That website isn’t actually hosted at WordPress.com. The “Powered by WordPress” means they are using the free WordPress software on their own hosting site.
It appears that this site is hosted by GoDaddy. You should be able to report issues with that site’s content here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/reporting-abuse-27154

“My catechism year” is an old blog that I used to host, not the one promoting misogyny and obscenity. Who “redacts” this stuff needs to pay closer attention and stop calling me the pornographer.

The site you linked to originally (the link was subsequently redacted by WordPressdotcom Staff) and now again in your last post, redacted by me, is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom’s servers. Please read carefully the above replies you received.
If you wish to report that site to the web hosting service where it is hosted follow the instructions given by @mikestraw in his earlier reply to you.
Since we cannot help further with this issue, I’ll go ahead and close this thread.
