Add topic to favorites
Hello!

I purchased the Obsidian theme website but I don’t have access to any of the features. Can I get a refund?

Did you look at the theme’s showcase page to see how to set up Obsidian? https://wordpress.com/themes/obsidian/ Make sure to click on the Support button on that page for more info and a link to a special support forum just for that theme. Hello again, if you read the support doc on Premium themes, you’ll note that they are available for the life of your site while it is hosted on WordPressdotcom. It’s not possible to download it for use elsewhere.

If you purchased this theme thinking you can use it on a self-hosted WP site, you’ll want to request a refund here and then purchase the theme directly from the theme authors.

If you want to customize this theme on your WordPressdotcom site, this is done through the Customizer (see the Obsidian theme’s showcase page I linked to above).
