Obtaining a site address that is unavailable but the author has deleted the site
-
I checked jennyma.wordpress.com and it is unavailable but the site has been deleted. Is it possible for me to have the site address?

No. Registering any .wordpress.com deleted blog URL is not possible. Blog URL deletion is permanent and irreversible. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
