Obtaining DNS records from WordPress

Hey! I previously had a WordPress.com site and switched to Shopify. Upon doing so, I transferred my domain so now WordPress is listed as the Nameserver under my new domain (registered through DYN). My current website/shop is through Shopify and I am being told my domain through DYN needs to be updated. The guidelines provided to do so are to change the A record to a given IP address. Because I do not know how to go about doing this, I called DYN to see if they could do so. I was told I needed to contact Shopify to get the Nameservers, of which they do not use. I was then told by another Shopify representative (after calling the second time) to contact WordPress as it appears WordPress is going to have to be the ones to change the A record since they are listed as my nameservers. Is there any way to get this done? If so, who do I contact to make this happen? I have no idea about any of this….

What is the domain URL please?
Exactly which wordpress.com username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com URL and purchased the upgrade?
Important note: There are a few different methods for using a domain registered through WordPress.com with a different host. If you purchased a domain name via wordpress.com Staff need to know whether or not you want to keep the domain name and use it on another site.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

I checked your account, but didn’t find any domain information. If you your domain was registered through DYN, you need to change that information on their end. Probably your domain still pointing to WordPress.com because you have set this in the past, I can’t confirm that because I don’t know which domain is.
What DYN needs to know is how to point your domain to Shopify. I found this link from their support docs:

I suggest you get in touch with DYN to see if they can get the information they need from there.

I havent recieved nameserver details after spending 18$ and buying the domain mapping. Please help!

@writesaidlaila, I found that you bought the domain mapping for $13, to finish the domain configuration you have to follow the instructions below:
