  I cancelled my domain and I would like to use it again to upgrade to the premium plan

  Hi There,
  I can tag staff for you to see if they can assist. Please keep in mind that “after cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.”

  If you could reply with the domain you are trying to add back it will be helpful to the staff.

  Hello,

  I cancelled my domain and I would like to use it again to upgrade to the premium plan

  I can try to recover the domain for you but if it goes into redemption between now and then, there will be an $80 fee, so it’s best to act quickly.

  As your plan has already been cancelled and refunded, I will need to send you a payment request for the amount. Once that has been paid, I will add the domain and plan to your account.

  Can you confirm you would like to keep kateymachala.com and purchases a Premium plan?
