Ocean Mist–Can I make custom header a link?

  I am wanting to make the custom header on my blog, http://www.rebelbell.wordpress.com a link to another website. I’m using Ocean Mist. Is there something in the CSS that will allow me to do that?

  @laurababe, take a look at what vivian posted here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=23377&replies=1 . You will probably have to make some changes, but it might lead you in the right direction.

  Actually I just noticed that you want to link your header to another website, and that is not possible here at wordpress.com. You can have it link to your main page here at wordpress.com, but not to an external site.
