Ocean Mist Theme Problems

    Howdoo…

    I noticed this afternoon – I made a post and my widgets seemed to have disappeared from the sidebar. They are not loading as usual. I tried the [Cntrl-F5] fix it and that didn’t work. I thought maybe WP is tweaking the new themes. Some widgets are working but not all of them, it seems that the lower half of the blog isn’t loading completely after publishing. Also when I access my blog from outside the system, the half page appears as well.

    Happy 1 millionth user…

    Volunteers answering forum questions don’t have backend access to blogs and cannot apply technical fixes – only staff can. Have you looked down the forum and noted that others had similar problems too? They sent in feedbacks to staff and their problems and the bugs they reported were solved. :)

    I´ve been noticing several problems too. The theme schemes change everyday, as well as the widgets position, the picture alignment or the background color. It´s a pity, since this is probably one of the cleanest themes. I hope it´ll stay as it appeared.

    I got an email from support last night (late) and they asked me to check my formatting on my widgets, which I did, and the sidebar issue remains. Because of the problem I went back to the (Misty) template until the bugs get worked out of OM. This was 230 am last night.

    I asked Mark to post an update here in the forum of the fix it, and email me directly since I contacted him via support to report the issue.

    Hopefully we will get some news today – maybe the creator of the template should check his original coding – because my OM template went wonky on its own, I didn’t change ot enhance anything to make it go wonky!

    It’s the theme and I can’t figure out why – your widgets are all good.

    I’m in touch with Matt T though and we’ll get it fixed.
