  Why can’t I find OceanWP in themes?

  The theme you are looking for is with WordPress.org. This is a WordPress.com platform.

  I want to share a bit more information.

  There’s 2 different versions of WordPress. When working on our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com you’ll choose a theme from the showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you want to upgrade to our business plan, then you can install a third party theme like the OceanWP one that you’ve mentioned. The business plan details are on https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Otherwise, you are looking at setting up your own open source WordPress.org software. That’s much more hands one and technical. You’ll also need to find and pay for hosting somewhere. Take a look at this guide:
