Ocult blog?

  I do not know exactly bout ocult blogs. They just not appear on my blogs info or People is not able to enter it .

  I want to do a surprise blog and I think to have it occult it before show it to people. Can I begging bloggin without the fear of anyone seeing it?

  You can set your blog to private so nobody else can access it – http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  You can then set it back to public if/when you are ready to show it to other people.
