Odd duplicate account
-
Don’t recall this ‘account,’ but now it is interfering with my actual wordpress.org account where I am deeply into building my site worth over 100 pages so far. I was hoping to get help with woocommerce since my product page is not showing the last few products I created…but then ran into this rawfoodlive accoount I do not remember creating and cannot seem to gt around at all! Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When I was trying to do something in this account the other day, I kept getting into my rawfoodlive account on wordpress.com. I must have checked it out at the time, probably a couple of years ago, don’t don’t really remember it at all.
I think the other day I was just trying to ask a question about woocommerce when I kept getting into your system instead of the dot-org….probably because your support is better :-) I was having a problem gettiing woocommerce to recognize some menu items in the catalog, but I eventually figured that out.
Many thanks

To avoid any future conflicts, perhaps I should get rid of the wordpress.com account (rawfoodlive)… OR…perhaps I should switch from the dot-org account to you guys? Would it opay for me at all to do that at this stage?
The one thing that could really help me is a faster server. I am on a GoDaddy shared server right now but it tend to be a little slower than I expected. But I have dozens of plug ins, a TagDiv theme and about 100 pages already configured (out of 200)…and about a dozen products.
Please let me know what you think? How hard would a transition be?
Thanks

Good Morning Bob –
You can definitely switch over to WordPress.com.
With our new update to the Business plan you will be able to add plugins and a custom theme to your site. This upgrade also gives you priority access to our live chat and private email support :) This upgrade is fully refundable for 30 days after purchase too.
Since we do not have a direct database import tool yet you would need to setup a staging URL first. Next, add the custom theme and plugins to that staging URL.
The content of your current site will be imported to WordPress.com through the WordPress import tool and by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/#importing-content-from-another-platform
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/view-all/Once all of this is done you would map your domain, rawfoodlife.com to your WordPress.com account. Send us a note and we’ll make sure that this is set as your primary domain.
I know this is a lot of information so please write back with any follow up questions :)
