Odd spike in traffic

  A while back I saw a huge increase in traffic for a 24 hour period. When I checked in with support they mentioned that there may be an issue with how our traffic was being reported and that our actual numbers may be much higher than we are seeing. Has this been resolved? I see an increase today and can’t figure out why. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks so much.
