Odysee.com embed – embedly iframe options wrong…

Hey guys, we recently added oembed / embedly support but odysee.com links don’t work properly due to the iframe settings you are pulling in. Can they be setup to match youtube? Either need to remove the allow-scripts, or add: sandbox=’allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation’
Example: https://tomzarebczan.wordpress.com/2022/02/28/test-odysee-post/ – you’ll see the errors in console.

Odysee is not one of the oEmbed providers supported by WordPress core https://wordpress.org/support/article/embeds/ so we won’t be able to support it here on sites below our Business or eCommerce plan (which allow plugins that can be used to extend allowed embeds).

How can it be added to that list? Odysee sees over 30M+ unique visitors monthly and this is a common feature request we get from tons of WordPress users.

Filing a feature request for core WordPress is like filing a bug report https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing/reporting-bugs/ only for the report type, choose “Enhancement.”
