oembeds not working

  Hello!

  For some reason, oembed code is not working properly.

  Adding, for example:

  to a post, results in this text being displayed unaltered to the post.

  I thought that perhaps embedly was conflicting with the default oembed code, but disabling it did not correct the issue.

  Anyone else seen this issue?

  That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
