off topic- silent partnership agreements- any good templates?

    hi there

    i’m entering as a sole contractor into business with a web/graphic designer and providing business text for her clients who need copy writing. I will be a silent partner.

    does anyone out there have any comprehensive templates regarding entering into this kind of agreement? I want to protect myself and my work however I probably won’t get enough work from this agreement to be able to afford a solicitor to write up an agreement!
