  If you find a blogger offensive or insulting, can you block him/her from responding?

  Hello!

  WordPress allows its administrators (you!) to control who comments on your site.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-moderation

  You can also blacklist users by going to Dashboard–>Settings–>Discussion and scrolling down to Comment Blacklist.
  In this section you can enter information about the person (name, email address, website, IP address) etc. One piece of info per line.
