Offensive follower how blogs about my blog

I have a follower who has been feeding on my blogs: http://thebloggingpath.com/2013/04/21/give-me-a-word-theseeker/#more-197557. I found this out when a pingback showed up on my blog and I asked her that she is more than welcome to write a comment. When I visited her blog and a couple of comments, I find it offensive. Upon checking her site, I discovered this is what she does on other blogs as well.
How do I stop this person?

We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means.
