I really do not want to happen upon some girl exposing her genitalia to the world in the Photography section of WordPress, which I regard as a general site of interest. Believe it or not, it is probably distasteful to most of your users. Can’t these people with basic animal predilections have their own site?
Today’s example put me off my mid-afternoon cup of tea and biscuit.
Ever heard of tasteful eroticism rather than gynaecological voyeurism? -
While WordPress.com does allow mature content, the post content you describe is not allowed. When a site is marked as mature, it does not appear in any of WordPress.com’s public areas, like the Reader or searches or even in the forums.
If while in the Reader you come across such a post that violates the WordPress.com Terms of Service, you can report the post directly from the Reader by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the post in the Reader. I’ve already done that for you for that particular post so that you don’t have to visit the post content again.
To be fair, the rest of the site that post appeared on has completely unrelated content which would not be considered mature. I suspect that they are using an auto-post method from instagram (a hashtag or whatever) to their WordPress.com site and that specific mature post (which also appeared on instagram) highlighted the danger of using that method.
That’s no excuse, but hopefully explains.

I suppose you could report the blog but I agree with justjennifer that one image is not much to go on. https://en.wordpress.com/abuse/
From the TOS http://en.wordpress.com/tos/
Please don’t:
•Post explicit sexual materials that can be considered pornographic, such as explicit images or video of sexual acts or close-up images of genitalia;
•Post links or banner ads to adult-oriented affiliate networks, such as pornography site signups;
•Post links, text, or images promoting or advertising escort services;
•Post images of extreme violence or gore without associated context or commentary;
•Post images of child pornography;
•Post content that promotes pedophilia, such as blogs with galleries of images of children where the images, content surrounding the images, or the intent of the blog is sexually suggestive. -
tt, as I stated, I have reported the mentioned post with my additional explanation. I did a thorough examination of the content, including following it back to its source on Instagram and reported it there as well.
Also, I believe the excerpt you are quoting is not from the ToS but from the Mature Content Support doc, which I have already linked to.
