Offer to upgrade to Premium at discount not showing up in cart

  I’m having a problem regarding an offer to upgrade to WordPress Premium at a discount ($89) until 12/4. When I add WordPress Premium to my cart, it shows the normal price of $99 instead of $89. Do they apply the discount after purchase? Thanks in advance for your help.
