office 365 through GoDaddy now want to set up Outlook 2016

    Ok, please be gentle with me as I’m not very tech-minded at all.
    I have my start up business emails set up and working with Outlook 365 through my package with Go-Daddy. My designer friend suggested I map my domain to WordPress to create a better website and eventual estore which I’ve not done and am able to begin editing.

    I’ve bought the MS Office programmes and want to get my emails set up through Outlook 2016. There seems to be some sort of issue relating to the crossover and they won’t work. It can’t find the server or account??? GoDaddy are very politely telling me it must be something on the WordPress side of things.

    I emailed wordpress support on Saturday and just received a response 2 hours ago asking if my issue is now fixed. I replied immediately saying “no, its not fixed” but worry I’m now going to get a reply for another 2 days.

    Any ideas how to fix this please?
