    Hello,

    I bought my domain name at namecheap. However, my website is housed with WordPress and all the advertisements show up–it looks unprofessional. I was wondering how to get rid of the advertisements? What is this move called and how much will it cost me if I purchase for 5 years?

    With a plan upgrade, you can connect an existing domain to WordPress.com, as well as remove ads.

    It’s worth noting that a new annual plan purchase includes a one-year free domain registration. You can use this to transfer your domain to WordPress.com, extending its expiry by a year.

    While we don’t offer a 5-year plan, you can manually renew your upgrades to extend them to that timeframe.
