  Hey guys, I want to put my site offline for like 2/3 or 4 days, how do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  IMO this is a very bad idea that makes no sense at all. However, if you wish to do this you can change your privacy settings. If you have indexed content then visitors from search engines will get a “404” and subscribers/regular visitors will get the same thing 404 (page not found).

  It’s always best to leave your site online. People who experienced “404” page not found may never return again. A short post indicating when you will retur,n or a message in a text widget in your sidebar is all you need to post.
