Offline Editing with Marsedit

    So I recently moved over from blogger and am loving it so far.

    My only problem is I can’t use Marsedit to upload posts edited offline. I can upload just fine with WLW on my windows machine but I spend a lot of time away from that computer and use my Mac while I’m away to edit and upload. I can’t seem to get Marsedit to set up correctly. It fails to detect the settings automatically and is now asking for the RPC URL and Blog ID. I’ve tried just about everything I can think of for the Blog ID. The forums seem to suggest that http://iwishihadawittyblogtitle.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php is the RPC URL. I know there are people out there using Marsedit and I’m wondering if anyone has any hints.

    Your rpc url is correct.
    Blog ID is not needed. It should just work though – checked the password is right?
