Are you trying to map binerplus.com to binerplus.wordpress.com or is binerplus.com a brand new site that is NOT on wordpress.com?

@thesacredpath offsite redirect from binerplus.wordpress.com to http://www.binerplus.com

i forgot to read this….
“Note that you must update the name servers for your domain before you will be able to purchase the domain mapping upgrade from WordPress.com”

If you want to go to your binerplus.wordpress.com when you type in binerplus.com then you want binerplus.com to point to NS!.wordpress.com etc and then Domain Mapping of binerplus.com to binerplus.wordpress.com. It you add Offsite redirect the what I just wrote then things will crash, you would need to undo the Offsite Redirect for things to work.
Off-site redirect from binerplus.wordpress.com to bindeplus.com is ONLY when you have binerpluss.com hosted not on WordPress.COM.
One poor person spent 3 days fighting the above issues before taking off the Off-site Redirect so they could have their-name.com point to their their-name.wordpress.com.
Sort of convoluted sounding but I hope it makes sense.

Remember that even if you do things correctly in the right order it takes a bit of time for the information to spread to the corners of the internet: http://www.whatsmydns.net/
The first WordPress.com blog I mapped to a name I already had it was a bit nerve racking. The second time not so nerve racking (if we exclude when my old host crashed all my email (I still have my email mapped to my old host and their mail servers) ) – it took some time for things to settle down – around 48 hours before I could get to my own site – it can take up to 72 hours for all the flake to go away.
