I tried to renew my domain name today (it expired a year ago) and *thought* that I paid for a renewal. However, it showed that my domain is still expired. So, I paid again, thinking I could somehow cancel the first transaction. Now, my site shows that I have 2 domains that are expired. For goodness sakes, I need to talk to a real person.
