Oh No! Please help – lost my blog

  Hello,

  I wanted to move my blog from http://www.mywebsiteaddress.com/blog to be my homepage on my website so it would be at http://www.mywebsiteaddress.com, I altered the url address in the admin area to read as my website, I now cannot find my blog anyway and cannot log in to my admin – error 404 is displayed

  Can someone please advise how to get my blog back?
