  I have my blog in draft form but do not know how to save it as a regular blog.

  There is no chat line or phone support.

  Have you gone through http://learn.wordpress.com? That’s the basics. Once you’ve saved it in Draft you can Publish it from the button on the right-hand side of the Write Post box, or change its status from Draft to Private or Public just above that button.
