  I have tried to get into my old account that I have not used since 2010. It’s under Cynthia Sells Phoenix’s Blog and the user name is cynthiasellsazrealestate. Is there a way to delete the old account so that I can use my same contact information or can you assist me with getting into the old account and I can update it. My preference it to continue to use the old account and to delete this one.

  If you still have access to the email associated with your old account, please try the Password Reset option.

  Please check this guide to reseting your password and then please reset your password on this form.

  If this doesn’t help, you can try other recovery options.
