Old Account I can’t access

I am the band director at Etowah High School in Woodstock, GA. We had an old WordPress site we used to use that was created before I took this position. I am trying to log in and edit that site and can’t find any of the information needed to get help with this. I haven’t logged into the account in over 3 years and searching back through all of the emails I have access to doesn’t give me any email address, username, or login info. Please help!

I can’t find any of the required info to prove ownership either and seems like WordPress doesn’t want to help unless you’re logged in somewhere so I created an account to have a chance.

- The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
- WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can obtain the software for free to use on your chosen hosting provider.
- WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you are currently contacting.
Since your site is not hosted with us, we have no ability to nor access to help you with your request. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
Pulling up the domain on https://hostingchecker.com/, it looks like it’s being hosted on Amazon Web Services. However, when trying to visit the domain, it’s redirected to https://ehseaglebandassociation.membershiptoolkit.com/
Since “membershiptoolkit” appears to be a separate type of content management system that is not WordPress, you would need to contact their support team for help in gaining access to the site. You can find their contact options here: https://membershiptoolkit.com/
