Old account needs updated

I am in a new position as Director of Operations and our HR staff Manual is on an old WP account. I have administration credentials for it and was starting to edit pages but it asked if I wanted to update WordPress. I did, but it kicked me out and when I tried to get back in I got the following error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/13/9922613/html/teamnewlife/wp-content/plugins/disable-comments/disable-comments.php on line 86 now I can’t get back in at all. I need the original account info to get support for it I think. Is there a way to get that? Those who set up the account no longer work here.

Thanks for providing your URL. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

You should reach out to GoDaddy for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem.
