Old account won't let me sync with newer account

I’m trying to incorporate a label maker into our WooCommerce platform, but it appears an old account is keeping me from syncing with our newer account (www.TheGuidesForecast.com). Should I delete the old account and if I do, will in compromise the newer account (www.TheGuidesForecast.com). I’d really like to talk to someone about this over the phone. [redacted]
