old admin is still getting domain bills how can we change it?

Hi, an old admin of our site is still getting th domain bills and other wordpress reminders. How can we change it to the new recent people who are working with the site now? cheers Julica

You need to ask them to transfer the domain registration to your account. Here are the instructions:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Please note that only the owner of the domain is able to perform this action. Even we don’t have the access to do it.
