Old Admin No Longer W/ Company

  The site administrator for our company website is no longer with the company. I do not have administrative rights and neither does anyone else. I need to somehow transfer the rights to myself or transfer the page to an account I’ve created. Please advise.

  Perhaps you’ve left it a bit late but you’ll need to reach out to the person who is still Admin of the site. Only the owner of a site can transfer site/domain to another account. Note that these instructions only apply if you are talking about an unnamed site actually hosted here at WordPress.com.
