where can I get back to the old WP ADMIN where it’s more easier for me, this new can’t get me nowhere.

You can reach WP Admin by adding /wp-admin at the end of your site address like this: http://propertiesfederal.wordpress.com/wp-admin
From the new interface, you can click on the WP Admin link at the end of the left hand side menu: https://cloudup.com/cB5NthJz3xq
