old admin unavailable – how do i update billing info?

How do I contact wordpress help to change a billing contact? The old admin isn’t with the company any longer and isn’t available!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The old admin (email address) owns the upgrades, you can’t take the upgrades away from them just because you want them, – the old Admin needs to transfer the upgrades to you
It looks like you have domain mapping, in that case the old domain mapping can be let expire and a new one bought by an account that is still with your company
If the old account was a company email address – reactivate the address – change the password and transfer the upgrades. Or make nice with the old Admin

Staff assistance would be great…. letting the domain mapping expire seems a crazy way to do this.

It’s actually a simultaneous action – disruption is minimal – I have seen it done several times – WordPress.COM needs to respect the ownership of the blog and the upgrades and taking an upgrade away from an account without a court order would not be legal

Some upgrades like domain mapping can be renewed by others on the blog – but that still leaves the ownership of the upgrade with the original Account / Admin – Thus the expire and repurchase double step – that then has a new account owning the upgrade so it can be renewed easily next year

How can an upgrade be transferred? I got access to the old admin account but do not see a ‘transfer’ option.
Or is it better to cancel the upgrade and then purchase on the new admin account?

An upgrade owner can log-in and post in this thread – using small clear words that they want Upgrade ABC transferred to Account WXY
One common problem with transferring upgrades & blog ownership is a person not being logged in with the proper account –

I went ahead and transferred the upgrades. The user amutz can now manage them from their upgrades page here:
