  My current blog is no longer relevant to what I am doing. Do I create a new account for a new blog or can I change the one I have?

  Aloha spencerandmonica, It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar questions. If you cannot find anything that helps, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
